Drill Press Guards

Our drill press safety guards protect operators from hazards such as the hot metal chips and swarf created by the rotating drill bit. These drill press shields are designed for an industrial environment, user-friendly, and adjustable enough to allow use at the point of operation. We offer several sizes to fit most drill press machines. Our drill press machine guards meet OSHA standards and are available with or without a safety interlock switch. If these drill press shields don't fit your needs, consider our custom machine guards. 

OSHA 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1) requires that one or more methods of drill press machine guarding shall be provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips, and sparks.
