• Versatile Installation: The band saw safety guard can be mounted to the front door using the supplied bracket and hardware, or to the side of the upper housing.  Drill 2 holes to easily install.
• Durable Construction: Made from 30mm industrial aluminum extrusion, this vertical band saw guard is built to last. The T-Slotted aluminum allows for easy adjustments in/out and up/down, ensuring the work-piece and band saw blade are safeguarded at various heights. 
• Safety and Convenience: The 1/4" thick lexan shield provides robust protection during operations. With a steel adjustable lever for easy re-positioning and the ability for the shield to flip upward 180 degrees, access to the machine is seamless and safe. The powder-coated PPG's "OSHA Safety Orange" finish emphasizes its commitment to safety.
• Enhanced Protection: When properly adjusted, this bandsaw safety guarding and shield ensures that your fingers are kept away from the blade while also preventing any accidental contact.
• VB-ES1 has 1/4" thick polycarbonate (Lexan) shield.  Dimensions 6" wide x 7" tall
• VB-ES0 has 1/4" thick polycarbonate (Lexan) shield.  Dimensions 4.5" wide x 5" tall
• Replacement shields are available in standard 5/7" heights, 10", and 12". We also have custom shields available upon request.
