Return Policy

Returns: ATS is committed to our customer satisfaction. We stand behind our products and will attempt to correct any fitment issues you may have, usually free of charge.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  There are no returns on electrical items.

Submit a return request by logging into your customer account

Click here or click the profile icon in the store's top right corner.

1. Log in to your account:
    1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Submit request".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Request a return by email or phone

Email us or call for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number from our customer service department. Non-defective items can only be returned if they were purchased directly from ATS Machine Safety Solutions.

Warranty – ATS Machine Safety Solutions products are warranted against defects in packaging, material and workmanship for 1 year from the original purchase. This warranty does not include accessories, parts or equipment sold hereunder that are manufactured by someone other than ATS Machine Safety Solutions. No item may be returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number from our customer service department. Defective items will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion. Damage caused by neglect, abuse, misuse, alteration of the product, or improper storage is not covered by this limited warranty. 

Restocking Fee- We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee if product is damaged.

Instructions:

Contact ATS and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Pack the items securely using the original packing material and box.

Include the following information with your shipment:

  • Name, shipping address, and phone number
  • Description of the product(s) you are returning
  • Reason for return
  • Copy of the packing slip or email confirmation
