Our custom-built surface grinder guards are engineered for strength, visibility, and precise fit. Constructed from industrial aluminum T-slot extrusion and 1/4" impact-resistant polycarbonate (Lexan), each guard delivers durable protection without sacrificing sightlines to the work surface. Sliding doors with smooth UHMW bearing pads allow easy access, while a positive spring-loaded stainless steel deadbolt latch keeps doors securely closed during operation.

Every guard is built to your machine's exact dimensions, with adjustable end panels and flexible mounting brackets for straightforward installation. An optional safety interlock system can be integrated directly into your machine's controls, preventing operation until guards are fully secured.
