Decide how tall you need the sliding door to be for adequate safety coverage. All other measurements are taken off your hydraulic press machine frame.

Looking for a hydraulic press safety guard that’s stronger and more transparent than standard ejection curtains? The ATS Safety hydraulic press guard features a vertical sliding, counterbalanced door made from 1/4" thick impact-resistant polycarbonate (Lexan) and 40mm square anodized aluminum extrusion. This rugged, American-built guard system is ideal for shop presses and other applications where vertical sliding machine guards are needed.

    • This hydraulic press safety guard is custom-built for your machine
    • Constructed from 40mm square aluminum extrusion and ¼” polycarbonate (Lexan) 
    • The door slides straight up (vertically) on 4 UHMW plastic slides.
    • A pair of self-contained cable counterbalances keeps the door up.
    • This hydraulic press guard is easily installed by drilling 4 holes in the top of the H-frame. 4 aluminum angle mounting brackets are supplied.    
    • Fixed side panels and fixed or sliding rear panels are also available
    • An Electrical Safety Interlock is available for those wishing to interlock electric over hydraulic-type machines. See our different types of safety interlock switches.
