Hydraulic press guarding for H-frame type presses is an often overlooked area for machine safety. Our hinged door-style hydraulic press guard kit will help get your machine up to standard and protect operators from potential flying debris, shrapnel, or part ejections.
Features
- This hydraulic press guard kit is custom-built to fit your machine. Enter the overall machine frame width, outside to outside, when ordering.

The door height can also be selected when ordering. This machine pictured has a 36" tall hinged door.
- Constructed from 40x40mm and 40x80mm industrial aluminum extrusion, anodized. Heavy-duty steel hinges.
- Door contains 1/4" thick impact-resistant polycarbonate, also known as Lexan.

Steel chain and latch setup keep the door closed. This hydraulic press guarding is easily adaptable to your press frame.
- Installs to the top of the H-frame of the press by drilling 2 holes. The 1/2" thick aluminum slotted brackets allow adjustment left/right and front/rear when installing. All mounting hardware is included.
