Milling Machine Guards
Looking for a reliable safety guard for your milling machine? We offer rugged, easy-to-install milling machine guards designed to protect operators and equipment.
The MG-2 and MG-3 are both bolt-on solutions with no drilling required. These milling machine safety guards are CNC-machined from solid billet aluminum for long-lasting durability.
Our guards protect operators from hot flying chips, coolant spray, and accidental contact with the rotating cutter or spindle. They meet OSHA safety standards and are available with or without a safety interlock switch.
As required by OSHA 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1), milling machine guarding must protect operators from hazards created by the point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips, and sparks.
