• Our grinder safety guard shields are universal to most bench grinders and pedestal grinders, buffers, and drum sanders.  
• Select the grinder wheel diameter and shield width from the menu when ordering.
• The small grey machine shown is a 6" wheel series BALDOR. The shield shown is 6" wide. The larger blue machine is a 10" Baldor.
  
• Available in either 6" wide shields or 9" wide shields for larger grinders/drum sanders/ buffers.   
• The 3/8" thick aluminum mounting plates are slotted to accommodate a large range of grinder pedestals, including the Baldor pedestal bolt patterns. Can also be bolted directly to a table, pedestal, or workbench.
• The vertical posts have 3 different height adjustment holes to allow you to position the grinder shield at the right height when installing.
• The SG-2 / SG-2L comes with 16" tall posts.  The SG-3 / SG-3L comes with 22" tall posts.
• Constructed from industrial aluminum extrusion, powder-coated "safety orange"
• 1/4" thick polycarbonate (Lexan) shields. Replacement shields readily available.  Contact us for custom shield sizes.
