Our safety equipment for vertical band saws can also be adjusted so that it sits just above the thickness of the material being cut. Please note: our guards are not a substitute for the factory sheet metal blade guard that moves with the upper blade guides. We also offer a band saw push stick which should be used whenever possible. This safety stick keeps the operator's hands away from the danger zone of the vertical band saw.
