Milling Machine Safety Guards protect operators from hot flying chips, coolant, and accidental contact with the rotating cutter/spindle. Our guards meet OSHA standards and are available with or without a safety interlock switch.

OSHA 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1) requires that one or more methods of machine guarding shall be provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, in-going nip points, rotating parts, flying chips, and sparks.
