 Hydraulic press guarding of H-frame type presses is an often overlooked area of machine safety.  Our hinged door style hydraulic press guard will help get your machine up to standards and protect operators from potential flying debris, shrapnel or part ejections.

Features

• This hydraulic press safety shield is custom built to your machine.  Enter the overall machine frame width, outside to outside, when ordering
• The door height can also be selected when ordering.    This machine pictured has a 36" tall door.
  
• Constructed from 40x40mm and 40x80mm industrial aluminum extrusion, anodized.    Heavy duty steel hinges.
• Door contains 1/4" thick impact-resistant polycarbonate, also known as lexan.  
• Steel chain and latch setup keeps the door closed.  Easily adaptable to your press frame.
  
• Installs to the top of the H-frame of the press by drilling 2 holes.  The 1/2" thick aluminum slotted brackets allow adjustment left/right and front/rear when installing.  All mounting hardware included.
