Hydraulic Press Guards

Our hydraulic press guards are custom-tailored to your machine. Common applications include H-frame shop presses such as Enerpac or Dake, straightening presses, and tensile/compression testers. These hydraulic press safety products are constructed from 40mm square industrial aluminum extrusion and 1/4" thick polycarbonate (Lexan).  The sliding style features self-contained spring counterbalances to lift the door and keep it in the open position for setup. Our hinged design swings open to the left like a normal door.  We can also fabricate these with an interlock switch for the electric or air over hydraulic machines.
